Jennifer Keiger, FNP, MSN
Jennifer Keiger, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is a native of North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Nursing from East Carolina University in 2001 and Master of Nursing from Winston-Salem State University in 2004. During her career, she has worked as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse, taught within two local college nursing schools and functioned as a Nurse Practitioner for seven years. Prior to joining the Novant Health WomanCare team in November 2010, she was a Family Nurse Practitioner at Winston-Salem Healthcare for more than six years. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Jennifer has special interest in adolescent women's health, preventative health maintenance, prevention of preterm birth and promotion of healthy babies, breastfeeding support and promotion, and possesses a special passion for women struggling with specific conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and infertility.
She also remains professionally active and committed by serving in community projects associated with the March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, photography, baking, making jewelry, serving her local church, and spending time with her husband, daughter and pets.
